Address validation

symplr Provider address validation is an optional feature that may be enabled by your symplr Provider administrator via the System Information form. It is available to all customers based in the United States and Puerto Rico, and no additional fees or licenses are required to use it. The feature ensures the accuracy of U.S. and Puerto Rico address information entered into the symplr Provider database by cross-referencing it with Melissa database that is updated monthly. In addition, address validation status and date fields can be painted or selected to include in queries.

Warning!
  • If you use browser autofill, please see symplr Provider and browser autofill

  • If you set field access, do not paint the address validation fields as Read Only, as this will prevent any auto-updates to those fields.
